Job summary

ICEE seeks a Service Technician to service ice and beverage equipment and dispensers. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose problems, and complete repairs, while maintaining inventory and documenting work. Travel and driving a company vehicle are required.

You will attend weekly meetings, communicate with customers and coworkers, and perform warehouse duties as needed. A valid REAL ID and steel-toed shoes are required, with travel around 40% of the time.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical background and technical/trade schooling preferred.
• Valid REAL ID driver’s license and ability to drive >40% of time.
• Steel-toed shoes required.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on ICEE and restaurant equipment.
• Receive and respond to service calls with prompt ETA.
• Maintain inventory and tools; manage company vehicle.
• Document all work and communicate with customers and supervisors.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
