Job summary

The ICEE Company seeks a Service Technician to service ICEE and restaurant equipment, including frozen and fountain beverage systems, ice makers, and juice dispensers. You will work with minimal supervision, attend weekly Service Center meetings, and receive a company vehicle, gas card, and devices for job tasks.

Responsibilities include maintenance, troubleshooting, parts management, and clear communication with customers and teammates. Training through ICEE Academy may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical background required.
• Technical or vocational training preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid REAL ID Driver’s License.
• Willing and able to drive more than 40% of the time.
• Must wear steel-toed shoes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to dispatched service calls with prompt ETA.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose service problems; complete repairs.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and company vehicle.
• Document work performed and close out activities with supervisor.
• Communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Perform general warehouse duties (cleaning, organizing, shipping/receiving).
• Adhere to safety and training standards as provided.
