Job summary

ICEE is seeking Service Technicians to support the maintenance and repair of frozen beverage, fountain, ice, and related equipment. You will work with minimal supervision, attend weekly meetings, and operate with a provided vehicle, uniform, tools, cell phone, tablet, and gas card.

You will be trained through ICEE Academy, with two-week sessions and potential weekend trainings. Prior mechanical experience and a valid REAL ID are required, along with the ability to travel as needed and wear

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical background.
• Graduate of Technical or Vocational school, preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid REAL ID Driver’sLicense.
• Willing and able to drive more than 40% of the time.
• Must haveand wearsteel-toed shoes.

Responsibilities

• Trained and certified in preventive maintenanceand installations.
• Receives dispatched service calls as assigned and ensures a prompt response based on ETA.
• Performs preventative maintenance, troubleshoots or diagnoses service problems, and completes repairs as needed.
• Maintains inventory and maintenanceonequipmentsuchas:parts, tools, and the company vehicle.
• Reviews service orders and service performed withthe respectivesupervisor.
• Keeps his/her supervisorinformed of customer concerns, needs, and up-selling opportunities.
• Documentsall work performed andclosesout all activities upon completion.
• Clearlycommunicates withboth customers and co-workers.
• Performs assignedgeneral warehouse duties including but not limited to cleaning, organizing, rotatingproduct, shipping and receiving of equipment, parts,and product.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
