Job summary

ICEE is seeking a Service Technician to service all ICEE equipment and beverage dispensers with minimal supervision. You will receive a company vehicle, uniforms, tools, cell phone, tablet, and gas card to perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and complete repairs across multiple location sites.

Responsibilities include responding to service calls, maintaining inventory, documenting work, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required and strong mechanical background is preferred.
• Graduate of Technical or Vocational school is a plus.
• Must possess and maintain a valid REAL ID Driver’s License.
• Willing and able to drive more than 40% of the time.
• Must have and wear steel‑toed shoes.

Responsibilities

• Receives dispatched service calls and responds promptly based on ETA.
• Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots, and completes repairs; checks syrup levels, cleans machines.
• Maintains inventory and company vehicle; documents all work and closes out activities.
• Communicates clearly with customers and coworkers; collaborates with supervisor on service orders.
• Performs general warehouse duties including cleaning, organizing, and shipping/receiving.
