Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver excellent service and efficient maintenance for Canon-supported products. This customer-facing role requires travel, a valid driver’s license, and compliance with customer policies including potential COVID-19 measures.

You will report service trends, perform on-site maintenance, and maintain all required reports and equipment. The position emphasizes strong communication with customers and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role in a field service capacity.
• Willingness and ability to travel; valid driver’s license.
• Clearance may be required by customers to enter premises.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active over 50% of the time.
• Must complete required PDIF new-hire class and related onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive field/shop/on-site maintenance.
• Maintain technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain performance of assigned machines and contribute to branch metrics.
