Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician in Sacramento, CA to deliver on-site maintenance and exceptional customer service for Canon-supported products.

You will report field issues, perform timely maintenance, and uphold service standards while traveling to customer sites as required. The role emphasizes strong communication, ability to lift 50 pounds, and eligibility for required security clearances.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of internet environments.
• Ability to travel with valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must obtain security/clearances as required by customers.
• Lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Perform field/shop/on-site maintenance to meet customer demands.
• Maintain Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Showcase strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain performance of assigned machines.
• Contribute to branch/district metric targets.
