Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years in construction or related trades with increasing responsibility.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance as required by state law.
• Ability to perform repairs in occupied homes and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, touch-ups, and installation tasks across multiple trades in homes and new construction.
• Follow ILG safety standards and quality requirements during repairs.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and materials for field operations.
• Travel to local customer locations to perform field service and support.
• Document completed work and communicate scope and timelines clearly.
• Mentor and support less experienced technicians as needed.
