Interior Logic Group is seeking a Customer Service Technician to perform warranty repairs and product installations in homes and new construction sites in Florida. You will support customer service and production operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, 1+ year in construction, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. The role involves travel to local sites, mentoring peers, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years experience in construction or related trades with increasing responsibility and technical complexity.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance as required by state law.
• Ability to perform repairs and service work in occupied homes.
• Good verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in one or more construction trades (may include flooring, cabinetry, countertops).

Aufgaben

• Perform repairs, touch-ups, and installation-related tasks across multiple trades and materials.
• Perform repairs and replacements in occupied homes per ILG standards and safety requirements.
• Handle logistics for production installs including material handling and coordination.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and materials for field operations.
• Travel to local customer locations to perform field service and support.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams about scope, timelines, and expectations.
• Organize workflow and maintain documentation related to repairs, materials, and completed appointments.
• Confirm and document completed appointments accurately and promptly.
• Provide feedback to internal teams regarding product quality and installation methods.
• Mentor and support less experienced technicians as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
