Job summary

Interior Logic Group, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Technician to deliver warranty repairs and product installations in occupied homes and new construction.

You will support customer service and production operations, ensuring repairs are completed safely and to ILG quality standards. Responsibilities include repairs across flooring, cabinetry, and countertops, effective communication with customers and teams, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ year of experience in construction or related trades with increasing responsibility.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, touch-ups, and installation tasks across multiple trades in production installations.
• Perform repairs and replacements in occupied homes in accordance with ILG standards and safety rules.
• Handle production logistics, including material handling and coordination.
