Interior Logic Group, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician to perform warranty repairs and product installations, supporting both customer service and production operations.

You will work in occupied homes and new construction environments, ensuring repairs meet ILG's quality standards while maintaining safety and clear communication with customers. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of construction experience, with driving duties and a strong focus on accuracy

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years of experience in construction or related trades with increasing responsibility.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance as required by state law.
• Ability to perform repairs and service in occupied homes.
• Good verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in one or more construction trades such as flooring, cabinetry, countertops.

Aufgaben

• Perform repairs, touch-ups, and installation-related tasks across multiple trades.
• Perform repairs in occupied homes and in accordance with safety requirements.
• Handle logistics related to production installs, including material handling and coordination.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and materials for field operations.
• Travel to local customer locations to perform field service and support.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams about scope and timelines.
