Job summary

LG Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician (DMST) in the Panama City, FL metro area to service LG home appliances, TVs and A/C units. You will travel to customers' locations and diagnose and repair equipment while documenting findings and maintaining parts inventory.

In this role you will meet performance metrics, ensure safety, and provide exceptional customer experiences as the face of LG in the field.

Qualifications

• 1 year of technical experience (appliance repair preferred).
• Experience repairing major appliances (refrigeration/sealed systems, cooking, cleaning products).
• Experience using tools and diagnostic test equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and document product issues.
• Valid Driver’s license in good standing.
• EPA certification may be required.
• Able to bend and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' locations to service LG equipment.
• Diagnose and repair major appliances, TVs, and A/C units.
• Document findings and complete paperwork after each job.
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and efficiency metrics.
• Pre-screen next day service calls with essential information.
• Maintain inventory and safety compliance.
