Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking a Field Service Technician (DMST) in the Lexington, KY area to service home appliances, TVs, and A/C units. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment at customers' homes, while upholding LG's standards of customer experience and safety.

The role requires at least 1 year in a technical field, valid driver’s license, EPA certification eligibility, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Travel locally and maintain accurate paperwork and data entry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a technical role (Appliance repair preferred).
• Experience repairing major appliances (Refrigeration/sealed systems, cooking, cleaning products).
• Experience in the use of tools, and diagnostic test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Travel offsite to customers' locations to perform maintenance and repair of LG's equipment.
• Use PPE and diagnostic tools provided by LG.
• Diagnose problems, assess extent, repair or replace parts, document findings.
