LG Electronics North America is seeking a Field Service Technician (DMST) to service LG products in the Portland, ME metro area. The role involves traveling to customer homes to diagnose and repair major appliances, TVs, and A/C units while maintaining safety and high service standards.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in a technical role, valid EPA certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience in a technical role (Appliance repair preferred).
• Experience repairing major appliances (Refrigeration/sealed systems, cooking, cleaning products).
• Experience in the use of tools and diagnostic test equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Travel offsite to customers' locations to perform maintenance and repair of LG's equipment to ensure top product performance.
• Proper use of safety equipment (PPE), vehicle and diagnostic tools provided by LG.
• Conducts technical diagnosis and performs specialized repairs on a variety of electronics and home appliances.
• Diagnose problems, assess extent of the problem, document findings, make decisions to repair the product and/or replace parts.
• Immediately and accurately process paperwork and perform data entry upon completion of each job.
