Job summary

AGS is seeking a Field Service Technician to service gaming equipment across casino sites. You will install, upgrade, and maintain hardware, perform routine preventative maintenance, and provide best-in-class service to customers with a focus on rapid issue resolution.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while working in varied environments. On-call rotation and compliance with safety standards are expected.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and service gaming equipment at casino sites.
• Perform preventative and general maintenance to ensure operational uptime.
• Complete reports and paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and escalate when needed.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools for efficient operations.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support 24/7 gaming operations.
• Adhere to safety protocols in high-energy environments.
