Job summary

Penn Entertainment is seeking a Service Technician to provide timely, friendly service to PSG locations, repairing VGT and Coin Operations equipment across the assigned route. This role emphasizes strong customer service, safety, and adherence to company policies.

The position requires the ability to work nights and weekends, and to collaborate with the Route Service Manager. Candidates should diagnose basic hardware issues and document work orders, with opportunities for training and career

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience within VGT industry is a plus.
• PC proficiency.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Wiring, network, and troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• The Service Technician is responsible for providing timely and friendly service to all PSG locations, while repairing all VGT and Coin Operations equipment across their assigned route.
• Provide a high level of customer service to clients and team members and uphold company standards of customer service.
• Understand and adhere to all company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
• Projects a positive image of the company at all times.
• Collaborate and work within a team-oriented environment.
• Handle Slot Machine malfunctions and assist Route Service Manager.
• Verify customer payouts and complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Inform Route Service Managers of Gaming machine problems and provide outstanding team member and customer relations.
• Assist customers with questions and complaints regarding slot machines, provide explanations and rectify problems as appropriate.
• Meet attendance guidelines and keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards.
