Job summary

Penn Entertainment is seeking a Service Technician to provide timely, friendly service and repair VGT and Coin Operations equipment across the Chicago area. You will support PSG locations by diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring smooth operations.

Ideal candidates are 21+ with VGT exposure, strong PC skills, and a customer-service mindset. This full-time role offers day-one benefits and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience within VGT industry is a plus.
• PC proficiency is required.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Wiring, network, and troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to clients and team members.
• Adhere to all company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Complete required training and development objectives.
• Project a positive image of the company.

• Prioritize, organize and complete multiple tasks.
• Handle Slot Machine malfunctions.
• Assist Route Service Manager.
• Verify customer payouts and complete required paperwork.

• Assist customers with questions and complaints regarding slot machines.
• Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to policies.
• Keep work areas clean and safe.
• Perform duties in a safe and responsible manner.

The Service Technician is responsible for providing timely and friendly service to all PSG locations, while repairing all VGT and Coin Operations equipment across their assigned route.

Essential Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to clients and team members and uphold company standards of customer service
