Rivian is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to support Rivian vehicle repairs, with occasional travel to production plants and remote sites. You will diagnose, repair, install and inspect vehicles at service centers or on-site at customer locations, collaborating with a team to deliver high‑quality results.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, documentation, and ongoing skills development in a dynamic EV environment across a range of locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (3–5 year lookback).
• Ability to drive a non‑commercial truck and trailer is preferred.
• Available for a 40‑hour week, including weekends/holidays as needed.
• Proficient with Windows or Mac computers.

Responsibilities

• Perform or assist with vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections at service centers or in the field.
• Identify and explain Rivian product line, EV framework, tools and accessories.
• Follow Rivian repair procedures with safety and quality in mind.
