Job summary

Rivian is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to support Rivian vehicle repairs across various locations, including the production plant. You’ll diagnose, repair, and install components at service centers or on customer sites, with occasional travel required by business needs.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnosis, repairs, and inspections at service centers or on-site.
• Identify Rivian product lines and diagnostic procedures.
• Use repair procedures and document notes accurately for internal/external use.
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality and communicate professionally with customers.
