Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record in 3–5 years.
• Driving a non-commercial truck/trailer preferred.
• 40-hour work week; may include weekends/holidays/odd shifts.
• Proficient with Windows or Mac computers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physical tasks up to 50 lbs.
• Fluent in reading/speaking English.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, schematics.
• Regular interaction with customers, affiliates, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and inspect vehicles at service centers or in the field.
• Explain Rivian product lines, EV framework, tools, and accessories.
• Follow repair procedures with safety and quality in mind.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs.
• Manage parts ordering, receiving, shipping, and inventory.
• Provide feedback to senior technicians or leadership for improvements.
