Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Institutional team in the Washington market. In this field-based role, you will deliver on-site service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution for warewashing and laundry equipment across commercial sectors.

You will carry a company vehicle, complete accurate documentation, and partner with sales and service teams to deliver a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of service-related experience, such as maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• Overnight shifts and emergency call duties may be required.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers, including aligned and centralized accounts.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing and laundry equipment.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changes, and other work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions and ensure Ecolab Brand Standards are met.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to keep a stocked vehicle and maximize first-time fix rate.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
• Communicate total value of Ecolab to customers and strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to improve responsiveness and experience.
