Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Institutional team in the Tampa, FL market. In this field-based role, you will deliver service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution for warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.

You will support customers across Institutional segments, manage equipment and parts, complete documentation, and partner with sales and service teams to ensure a consistent customer experience and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2 years of service-related experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders.
• Document all service activities accurately and timely.
• Communicate value of Ecolab services to customers and strengthen relationships.
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness and customer experience.
