Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Institutional team in the Minneapolis, MN market. This field-based role delivers reliable service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution across customer programs while upholding Ecolab Brand Standards.

You will collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance customer experience, meet safety standards, and drive measurable outcomes for customers in hospitality, foodservice, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of service-related experience, such as maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and be on emergency call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned or unplanned work orders.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a stocked vehicle and enable first-time fixes.
• Document all work accurately and in a timely manner.
