Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Institutional team in the Dallas, TX market. This field-based role delivers high-quality service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution across customer programs, with travel to surrounding areas as needed.

You will support customers across Institutional segments, maintain Ecolab Brand Standards, and collaborate with sales and service teams to drive a superior customer experience and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of service-related experience including maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment.
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions and proactively help ensure Ecolab Brand Standards are met.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a stocked vehicle and support first-time fix performance.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
• Communicate Ecolab's total value to customers and strengthen relationships.
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness and deliver a consistent customer experience.
