Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Institutional team in the WA market. This field-based role involves service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution for warewashing, laundry, and dispensing equipment across multiple customers.

Travel to Seattle, Everett, Shoreline, Kent, and surrounding areas is required. You will support customer programs, ensure safety and brand standards, and collaborate with sales and service teams to deliver a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of service-related experience (maintaining, troubleshooting, installing equipment) preferred.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions required.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market, including aligned and centralized customers.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders reliably and efficiently.
• Evaluate account conditions during each visit and proactively ensure compliance with Ecolab Brand Standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle and support first-time fix performance.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
• Communicate Ecolab’s total value to customers and strengthen relationships with clients.
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness and deliver a consistent customer experience.

Education
