Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Institutional team in the Seattle, WA market. This field-based role delivers consistent service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution across warewashing and laundering equipment, ensuring Ecolab Brand Standards and high customer satisfaction.

You will partner with sales and service teams to improve responsiveness and provide a quality customer experience, with work travel within the Seattle and surrounding areas and a schedule

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of service-related experience maintaining, troubleshooting, or installing equipment.
• A current and valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-oriented support to customers across the market, including aligned and centralized customers.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders reliably and efficiently.
• Evaluate account conditions during each visit and proactively ensure adherence to Ecolab Brand Standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a stocked vehicle and support first-time fix performance.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
• Communicate Ecolab's value to customers and strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness and experience.
