Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join the Sacramento, CA market. In this field-based role, you will deliver high-quality customer program execution through service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution across Institutional business segments.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance on warewashing and laundry systems, equipment installations, and strong collaboration with sales and service teams to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of service-related experience installing, repairing or maintaining equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market, including aligned and centralized customers.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other work orders reliably.
• Evaluate account conditions during each visit and help customers meet Ecolab Brand Standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle and support first-time fix performance.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
