Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Institutional team in the Seattle/Everett area, traveling to listed WA locations. You will provide reliable service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution to support customer programs and brand standards.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, emergency service, inventory management, and accurate documentation. This role offers a company vehicle, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of service-related experience (maintenance, troubleshooting, installation).
• Valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and be available for emergency calls.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-oriented support to customers across the market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests and planned/unplanned work orders efficiently.
• Manage equipment and inventory to keep a fully stocked vehicle and support first-time fixes.
• Document all work accurately and communicate value to customers.
