Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Palm Springs - Riverside, CA market. This field-based role delivers reliable service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution for Institutional customers across several sectors.

You will travel to customer sites, ensure equipment meets Ecolab standards, and collaborate with sales and service teams to deliver exceptional service and measurable outcomes. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of service-related experience, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation.
• Current and valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• No immigration sponsorship available.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and emergency calls.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, and dispensing equipment.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory for a stocked vehicle and first-time fix effectiveness.
• Document all work performed accurately and timely.
• Communicate Ecolab’s value and strengthen customer relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness.
