Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Institutional team in the Palm Beach, FL market. In this field-based role, you will deliver reliable service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution across customer programs.

You will support customers across Institutional segments, help ensure Brand Standards, and collaborate with sales and service teams to deliver an enhanced customer experience and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of service-related experience (maintenance, troubleshooting, and installing equipment).
• Current and valid Driver’s License without restrictions.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests and other planned/unplanned work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions during visits and ensure Ecolab Brand Standards are met.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to support first-time fix performance.
• Record accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
• Communicate value of Ecolab to customers and strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness.
