Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our San Diego market team. In this field-based role, you will deliver high-quality service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution for institutional customers across hospitality, foodservice and more, traveling to sites including Temecula as needed.

You'll work with sales and service teams to uphold Ecolab Brand Standards, build lasting customer relationships, and ensure safety and operational excellence through proactive maintenance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of service-related experience (maintenance, troubleshooting, or installation).
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and emergency call coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market, including aligned and centralized customers.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions during each visit and ensure customers meet Ecolab Brand Standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle and support first-time fix performance.
