Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in the San Diego, CA market. In this field-based service role, you will deliver reliable service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution across Institutional business segments.

You’ll support customers, meet Ecolab Brand Standards, and collaborate with sales and service teams to drive a world-class customer experience and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of service-related experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions; immigration sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changes, and planned or unplanned work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions during visits and ensure adherence to Brand Standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory for a fully stocked vehicle and first-time fix rate.
