Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to support the Palm Springs - Riverside, CA market. This field-based role requires installing, servicing, and maintaining warewashing, laundry, and related systems, with travel to nearby locations as needed.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, 2 years of service-related experience, and a valid driver's license. Overnight shifts and on-call responsibilities may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of service-related experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, or installation.
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and be on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution for warewashing, laundry, and related systems.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Complete emergency service requests and planned/unplanned work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions and ensure adherence to Ecolab Brand Standards.
• Maintain vehicle inventory and documentation of all work performed.
• Communicate total value and strengthen customer relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness.
