Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Institutional team in the Sacramento, CA market. In this field-based role, you will deliver high-quality service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution for warewashing and related systems, supporting customers across multiple segments.

You will work with sales and service teams to ensure brand standards, manage parts and inventory, document work, and travel within the market.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of service-related experience, such as maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment.
• A current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests and planned/unplanned work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions during visits and help ensure brand standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maximize first-time fix rate.
• Complete accurate documentation for all work performed.
• Collaborate with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness and customer experience.
