Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Institutional team in Phoenix, AZ. In this field-based role, you will deliver service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution for warewashing, laundry, and dispensing equipment across our Institutional business.

You will work from a schedule Wednesday-Saturday or Sunday-Wednesday, 10-hour shifts, travel to surrounding areas as needed, and must have 2 years of service-related experience plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2 years of service-related experience, such as maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market, including aligned and centralized customers.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders reliably and efficiently.
• Evaluate account conditions during each visit and proactively take action to help ensure customers meet Ecolab Brand Standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle, maximize effectiveness, and support first-time fix performance.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
• Communicate Ecolab’s total value to customers and strengthen customer relationships.
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness, reduce friction, and deliver a consistent customer experience.
