Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Phoenix, AZ team. This field-based role focuses on delivering high quality service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution across Institutional accounts.

You will support hospitality, foodservice, and other sectors, ensuring safety and brand standards. Responsibilities include installing and repairing equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and documenting work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of service-related experience (maintenance, repair, installation)
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions
• Willingness to work overnight, nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based service to customers across assigned market
• Install, repair and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, and related equipment
• Complete service requests, emergency calls and planned work orders reliably
• Document all work accurately and timely in the system
• Manage parts and equipment inventory in the vehicle and ensure first-time fixes when possible
