Job summary

Galaxy Gaming, Inc. is seeking a field service technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot proprietary table gaming systems across the Eastern Washington region.

You will work closely with customers, document service actions, and escalate field issues for product improvement. The role requires strong electronics and mechanical skills, plus the ability to travel up to 75% and be on-call for 24-hour service, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Two years in assembly, testing or troubleshooting of electronic devices.
• Associate degree or equivalent technical education.
• Customer service experience in a tech environment is preferred.
• Casino gaming knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electronic equipment down to component level.
• Build rapport with clients and internal teams, delivering excellent service.
• Document service actions and report field issues to improve products.
• Travel up to 75% and be on-call for 24-hour service.
• Assist with testing, validation, and deployment of field equipment.
