Noordyk Business Equipment has been serving customers with copiers and office equipment for 80 years. Noordyk Business Equipment is expanding its service team to troubleshoot and repair our office multifunction fleet.

The role involves on-site diagnostics, customer interaction, and installation responsibilities with hands-on training and a company laptop and cell phone provided. We offer a competitive benefits package and a stable, loyal customer base.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals, parts books, and relevant publications.
• Technical and in-person customer relation skills.
• Ability to multitask and still be detail-oriented.
• Some heavy lifting required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting onsite at clients' locations.
• Follow company service call procedures.
• Interact with customers to ensure a high overall level of customer satisfaction.
• Exhibit professional appearance and demeanor.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including but not limited to, delivery and installation of commercial grade copiers.

Looking to hire an Experienced Field Service Technician, Konica Minolta or other major manufacture training required.

Noordyk Business Equipment has been selling copiers and office equipment for 80 years. We have a very wide, diverse, and loyal base of customers that has grown tremendously in the last few years. Because of this, we are anxiously looking to add to our service team. You will be responsible for the troubleshooting and repair of our office multifunction fleet.

Primary duties include:

• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting onsite at clients' locations
• Follow company service call procedures
• Interact with customers to ensure a high overall level of customer satisfaction
• Exhibit professional appearance and demeanor
• Perform other duties as assigned, including but not limited to, delivery and installation of commercial grade copiers

Noordyk Business Equipment provides a daily service vehicle. Compensation based on specific industry and manufacturer experience and training (Konica Minolta preferred). The position also includes hands-on and computer-based training, a company laptop, and cell phone.
