Job summary

Applied Innovation is seeking a dependable Field Service Technician to join our team in a full-time role, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will service and maintain office equipment at customer locations, representing the company with professionalism.

Training is provided; prior experience is helpful but not required. You will drive a company vehicle to client sites, manage parts and service documentation, and collaborate with teammates to ensure exceptional service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Prior field service or technical repair experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service multifunctional copier devices.
• Maintain service territory with responsive support.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Drive company vehicle to customer locations.
• Keep accurate inventory and service documentation.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Represent the company professionally in customer interactions.
• Collaborate with technicians and internal teams.
