Job summary

Applied Innovation is seeking a dependable Field Service Technician to join our team in a full-time role from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You will service and maintain office equipment at customer locations, driving a company vehicle with a gas card, and providing excellent customer service.

Training is provided; prior field service or technical repair experience is a plus but not required. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving and working with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Valid driver''s license with clean record.
• Factory certifications (Canon, Ricoh) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and service a wide variety of multifunctional copier devices.
• Maintain an assigned service territory and provide a high level of responsiveness and service quality.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians and internal teams to ensure customer service needs are met.
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts, tools, and service documentation.
• Follow established service procedures and safety guidelines.
• Operate a company vehicle in a safe, courteous, and professional manner
• Represent Applied Innovation positively in all customer interactions, serving as the face of the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
