Applied Innovation is seeking a dependable Field Service Technician to join our team in Grand Rapids. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a company vehicle provided for visiting customer sites.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who enjoys technology and delivering excellent service. Training is provided; prior field service experience is helpful but not required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License with clean record required.
• Canon/Ricoh certifications preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Repair, maintain, and service a wide variety of multifunctional copier devices.
• Maintain an assigned service territory and provide a high level of responsiveness and service quality.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians and internal teams to ensure customer service needs are met.
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts, tools, and service documentation.
• Follow established service procedures and safety guidelines.
• Operate a company vehicle in a safe, courteous, and professional manner.
• Represent Applied Innovation positively in all customer interactions, serving as the face of the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
