Job summary

ICEE is seeking Service Technicians to service ICEE and restaurant equipment, including beverage dispensers and ice machines. A company vehicle and gas card are provided. You will respond to dispatched calls, perform maintenance and repairs, and train at the ICEE Academy.

Must have a strong mechanical background, the ability to lift 55 lbs, and drive more than 40% of the time. A High School Diploma and a Real-ID are required; wage starts at $22/hour with benefits and overtime during training.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical background and be able to lift 55 lbs or more.
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
• Willing to drive more than 40% of the time and wear steel-toed shoes.

Responsibilities

• Receives dispatched service calls and responds promptly with ETA.
• Performs preventive maintenance, Troubleshoots, and completes repairs; checks syrup levels and cleans equipment.
• Maintains inventory and vehicle/tools; documents work and closes out service orders.
• Reviews service orders with supervisor and communicates customer concerns and upsell opportunities.
• Communicates clearly with customers and co-workers.
• Performs general warehouse duties: cleaning, organizing, shipping/receiving equipment and parts.
• Drives safety and quality expectations; attends weekly service-center meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
