Job summary

ICEE is seeking Service Technicians in the Philadelphia area to service all ICEE and restaurant equipment including frozen and non‑carbonated dispensers, fountain beverage systems, ice makers, and juice dispensers. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs, with a company vehicle, tools, and gas card provided.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a strong mechanical background, and the ability to drive more than 40% of the time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical background.
• Graduate of Technical or Vocational school, preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid REAL ID Driver’s License.
• Willing and able to drive more than 40% of the time.
• Must have and wear steel-toed shoes.

Responsibilities

• Trained and certified in preventive maintenance and installations.
• Receives dispatched service calls and ensures prompt response based on ETA.
• Performs preventative maintenance, troubleshoots or diagnoses service problems, and completes repairs.
• Maintains inventory and maintenance on equipment including parts, tools and the company vehicle.
• Documents all work performed and closes out all activities upon completion.
• Communicates clearly with customers and co-workers.
• Performs general warehouse duties including cleaning, organizing, rotating product, shipping and receiving of equipment, parts, and product.
