Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking a Field Service Technician (DMST) to join its Customer Service team in the Virginia Beach metro area. You will travel to client sites to maintain and repair LG equipment, applying safety best practices and using diagnostic tools provided by LG.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a technical role, appliance repair preferred.
• Experience repairing major appliances (refrigeration, cooking, cleaning products).
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and document issues; EPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to perform maintenance and repair of LG equipment.
• Use PPE, vehicle and diagnostic tools provided by LG.
• Diagnose problems and perform repairs on electronics and home appliances.
• Document findings and complete paperwork after each job.
• Pre-screen next day service calls with necessary information.
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics.
