Job summary

LG Electronics USA is seeking a Field Service Technician (DMST) to join our Customer Service team in the Virginia Beach, VA area. You will travel locally to service LG appliances in customers' homes, diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure top product performance with professionalism.

The role requires at least 1 year in a technical position, experience repairing major appliances, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical role.
• Experience repairing major appliances (refrigeration/sealed systems, cooking, cleaning products).
• Experience using tools and diagnostic test equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and document issues.
• Valid Driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain EPA Certification.
• Meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations in the Virginia Beach metro area to service LG appliances.
• Diagnose and repair major appliances, TVs and A/C units.
• Handle paperwork and data entry after each job.
• Meet or exceed company metrics for customer satisfaction and efficiency.
