Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in a technical role; appliance repair experience preferred.
• Experience repairing major appliances (refrigeration, cooking, cleaning products).
• Ability to properly troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and document product issues.
• EPA certification eligibility and valid driver's license required.
• Meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' locations to maintain and repair LG equipment.
• Use PPE and LG-provided tools and diagnostic devices.
• Diagnose problems and perform repairs on electronics and home appliances.
• Assess scope, document findings, and decide on repair or part replacement.
• Process paperwork and data entry after each job.
• Pre-screen next day service calls with required information.
• Meet or exceed metrics on customer satisfaction and first-time fix.
