Job summary

Scientific Search is seeking a hands-on Robotic Welder Service Technician to support advanced welding systems across North America from Schaumburg, IL. You will install, calibrate, repair, and maintain equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and performance.

You’ll troubleshoot servo systems, power supplies, and E-stop circuits, assist with robot programming and installations, and train customers on operation and maintenance, travel up to 70% as needed.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade training or related associate degree preferred.
• Knowledge of robotic equipment such as ABB, Fanuc, or Kuka.
• Able to interpret schematics, layouts, and technical manuals.
• PLC support/programming skills preferred.
• Strong customer communication and troubleshooting skills.
