Job summary

Path Robotics is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced robotic welding systems across manufacturing environments. You will work hands-on with mechanical and electrical systems, integrate autonomous welding cells, and support customers with keen technical acumen.

The role requires extensive travel (75%+) to customer sites and a strong aptitude for learning new Forge processes and control software.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in design, assembly and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Welding experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn programming languages and adapt to new tech.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a state-of-the-art multi-robotic welding system with robotic vision.
• Load, monitor and inspect welded assemblies with precision using sensors.
• Manage inventory of parts and assemblies.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on automation equipment.
• Record and analyze data to assist engineering-driven issue resolution.
• Collaborate with customers to optimize equipment performance.
