Job summary

Path Robotics seeks a skilled Field Service Technician to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced robotic welding systems. You will work hands-on with mechanical, electrical, and automation equipment at customer sites, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Travel will be extensive (75%+), and you will collaborate with software and engineering teams to resolve issues, optimize processes, and improve system integration in diverse manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Technical training or equivalent industry experience.
• Hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical systems troubleshooting.
• Welding experience is desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a multi-robotic welding system with robotic kinematics.
• Load, monitor, and inspect welded assemblies using vision systems and sensors.
• Manage inventory of parts and completed assemblies.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on automation equipment and cells at customer sites.
• Record and analyze data to aid engineering-driven issue resolution.
• Interface with customers to optimize equipment efficiency.
