Job summary

Cold Jet is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to ensure exceptional on-site service for our dry ice solution systems. You will install, train, troubleshoot, and perform repairs at customer facilities, while building strong relationships that drive revenue in your region.

The role emphasizes hands-on mechanical and electrical diagnostics, proactive maintenance, and clear communication with customers and internal teams. Occasional travel and a proactive problem‑solving mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Field Service Maintenance, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a technical customer service or field service role.
• Proven mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle, including towing a trailer.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Preventative Maintenance: Schedule and conduct preventative maintenance inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose and Resolve Technical Issues: Use troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with Cold Jet equipment.
• Perform On‑Site Repairs and Maintenance: Conduct minor repairs, maintenance, and upgrades at customer sites, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Provide Technical Training: Deliver in‑depth training to customers on operation, maintenance, and optimization of equipment.
• Own Customer Issues and Warranty Work: Take full responsibility for customer requests and warranty work, ensuring satisfaction.
• Act as a Technical Resource: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries.
