Job summary

Cold Jet is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to enhance customer satisfaction through technical expertise and exceptional customer service. This role includes on-site installation, troubleshooting, and support for Cold Jet's advanced dry ice solutions.

The ideal candidate will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, provide training, and work closely with sales to identify revenue opportunities within the North Central territory. A Bachelor's degree in a technical field and solid experience in customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Field, or Business preferred.
• At least three years in a technical customer service or field service role.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections for optimal equipment performance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues using troubleshooting techniques.
• Provide in-depth training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
